SALVIA, Margaret “Peggy”, (Wilbur) of Somerville and Cambridge passed peacefully March 11 at Lahey Hospital with her children at her side.
Wife of the late Victor Salvia, mother of Maureen Salvia Alves and John Salvia, grandmother of David, Stephen, Kevin and Justin Alves. Great-grandmother of Devin, Troy, Georgianna, Anastacia, Caroline and Domniki. Sister of Vera Graustein and the late Robert “Bobby” Wilbur, Marion Steward, and Grace Reardon. Survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
Peggy was a long time employee of Bradlees in Somerville and the Cambridge Family YMCA. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, playing cards, watching her game shows, listening to oldies and watching the Red Sox.
Peggy spent her life enjoying her family and friends and was always there for the people she loved.

Funeral from the Donovan-Aufiero Funeral Home, 140 Otis St., Cambridge Wednesday at 9AM followed by a Funeral Mass in the Sacred Heart Church, 49 Sixth St., Cambridge at 10AM Interment Mt. Auburn Cemetery.
