Jimmy Killackey, 38 of Cambridge passed suddenly. Son of Mary Anne and the late Robert P Killackey of Cambridge; brother of Peter Killackey of Los Angeles. Survived by many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. From the day Jimmy came into the world until he left us too soon, he was one of the most loved and loving persons to ever exist. To know Jimmy was to love him. He loved his Mom and Brother and Dad unconditionally. Jimmy lived his life with joy, and his family was so proud of him for meeting any challenge that he faced with humor and courage. Jimmy loved his family, living in Cambridge, listening to music and helping other people. Along his journey, Jimmy developed empathy as a super power, and was one of the most kind-hearted and thoughtful individuals you would ever meet. Jimmy asked that people have compassion for those who were less fortunate as he tried so hard to do. Jimmy’s family asks that you do an act of kindness in his memory, and if you would like to make a donation in his name to the Greater Boston Food Bank, we would be grateful on Jimmy’s behalf. “When he shall die,

Take him and cut him out in little stars,

And he will make the face of heaven so fine

That all the world will be in love with night

And pay no worship to the garish sun.”
